Target Audience:

My target audience for this short animation is people aged from 8 up to 16 years old and will be mostly aimed at the male gender. This is because the protagonists in the animation are within the target age group, this can make the characters more relatable and seen more as an ideal self for the audience. It will be targeted to an international audience as it will most likely be distributed on the internet (Such as sites like YouTube) which available to the majority of the world. There is also the fact that no language is spoken and relies on facial and body language instead so most people will understand the story and characters without speaking English. With it being distributed on sites like YouTube, the audience will not need to pay for the product, but they will need to be able to afford the internet connection to watch it. The target audience is below 18 and so they are likely relying on their parent's income, this means it's targeted to people with a social grade as low as E up to A.
